| Voice Mail Instructions |
PatLive is a voicemail system, used to send, receive and manage communications among large groups of people. We use this to reveive voicemail updates from corporate, to communicate within our local groups, and to also create custom groups for communicating wth our own teams. It is an essential part of our business and keeping in touch, and the tools provide a necessary support function for any business operation.
Some of the features of Pat Live include:
-- Private 800 Number
-- Listen to voice messages through the web site
-- Create custom groups
-- Create multiple greetings, i.e., Press 1 for ___, Press 2 for ___, etc.
-- Find Me feature -- allowing you to redirect calls from certain time ranges.

HOW TO SEND OUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT
To send out an announcement to the group, please follow these instructions:
1. Prepare your announcement so it goes out smoothly!
Format is: (type of event) (Location) (event details)
2. To put out your announcement, pleaes call 1-800-211-1202
3. Dial YOUR extension!
4. Go to the Main Menu and follow directions for sending out an announcement.
5. Deliver it to box 12760
